Groover Enterprises LLC guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any damage caused by external causes, including negligent installation, abuse, or general misuse of the product is not covered by the warranty. To request warranty service, you must contact Dave Groover If warranty service is required you must ship copy of receipt of purchase, enclose return address, and the defective product back to Groover Enterprises LLC during the warranty period in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Groover Enterprises LLC will ship replacement products to you. Groover Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion. Customer agrees that it will be bound by this agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. GROOVER ENTERPRISES LLC SOLE OBLIGATION (AND CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY) WITH RESPECT TO THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO, AT ITS OPTION, REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPAIR/REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, PROVIDED THAT GROOVER ENTERPRISES LLC RECEIVES WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH DEFECTS DURING THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. CUSTOMER MAY NOT BRING AN ACTION TO ENFORCE ITS REMEDIES UNDER THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE ACCRUAL OF SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
